Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Most recent pay stubs covering 30 day period
  • 2 years W2's
  • Copy of two years personal tax returns, to include K-1's (if applicable)
  • If self-employed, two years business returns, all schedules
  • Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Copy of Homeowners Insurance policy
  • Copy of Flood Insurance policy (if applicable)
  • Valid Government-issued photo I.D.

If you currently own Real Estate, for each property, please provide:

  • Mortgage Loan Statements
  • Loan Statements for any Home Equity Lines of Credit or other types of Junior Mortgages
  • Homeowners Insurance Policy
  • Flood Insurance policy (if applicable)
